Michael Bliven

Mr. Bliven has been representing injured and disabled clients as an attorney since 1994. Mr. Bliven was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree, with high honors, from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana, in 1990. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, and Certificate in Dispute Resolution, from the Willamette University College of Law, in Salem, Oregon, in 1994. Mr. Bliven practiced law in Oregon, emphasizing Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Law, representing only injured and disabled individuals for several years prior to moving to Montana to join the firm now known as Bliven & Evans, Trial Lawyers, P.C. in 2002. Mr. Bliven had his own previous firm in Oregon City, Oregon, which after admission to the Montana Bar, he left Oregon to live in Montana. Mr. Bliven focuses his energy on representing injured and disabled individuals, handling their Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability claims.

Organization/Bar Memberships: Montana Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in Montana, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Oregon.
