What is the legal blood alcohol level for someone who is over 18 but under 21 for purposes of getting a DUI?

.02 results in a DUI or DUI per se for any person under the age of 21.  So if you have one drink and drive you could receive a DUI which will scar your driving record for life and result in insurance premiums equivalent to the cost to rent an appartment.   This is a special law for persons under the age of 21. If you are over 21 the BAC legal limit is .08.
